Element farming

Post by Palazar on Thu Mar 04, 2010 7:31 am

This topic seems to fit this section the most.

I was wondering, farming which elements is more profitable and where to farm them? The server I am playing on atm is on the 90 cap with few people 80-90. I tried farming wind 2 at Hyungno ghosts, but Megalopas seem to have this crazy drop rate for the alchemical ingredient that gives 5 earth 2D, 5 water 2D, ? Fire ?D and 1 wind 2D.

After Alexandrias update every degree use only same lvl elements.

So lvl2 elements are only for 2dg.
More importants are now 10 and 11 dg, so you need 10 and 11 lvl elements.

Well you've read between the lines what I wrote Smile The server I play on is on the 90 cap (Rsro) so tablets still require low level elements and it's unknown when the next update will come and whether it will be 11D or just 10D.

There are not many people who are at 80 to 90 lvl so the demand for wind 3D and fire 3D is not big, while the demand for wind 2D increases gradually (I think so).

This is really useful since I've always used sromap.com (because of the map Smile ) and sromap doesn't have euro mobs.
I don't have idea when the Alexandria update is coming, mods don't say and now they just close/delete topics on sight Smile
All mobs drop 3 different alchemy items (the grey bags) and 1 of them gives more elements, requires more void rondos to be destroyed and drops less often than the other 2. Well, "Crab's Hard Shell" is supposed to be exactly this type of alchemy item, except it drops way often than the other two. So regardless that "Crab's Hard Shell" may not seem the first logical choice when it comes to wind 2D farming, it is Smile .
And if someone can tell me of some alchemy materials that drop often and give a lot of expensive elements regardless of the lvl of the mobs that drop them 'll be grateful.

If 1000 wind lv2 cost more then 3kk then destroy hands lv 16 it's easier then farming of alchemy elements. For 5000 wind you need on start 12-14kk gold and remeber that for destroyed hands lv 16 you get elements lv 2 and 3 which can also be sold.
