The chinese Gm said that from 13 November 2008 ,
if you dont use any password protection ,
and your ID be stolen ,
GMs wont help you to get your items back ,
they have 3 password protections ,
the Frist one they called 优逸密保（ i dont know how to translate it ) ,it need to pay ,and less people use it
the Second need to use mobile telephone to lock your char ,but i think it is impossible for a Europ
the Third is the web password protection ,it is simple and free ,and easy to use it

ATTENTION : after you set up your code you need to :
1,log the website frist (the link :http://passport.srocn.com/mbzx/unlockcode.asp)to unlock your ID everytime,,then you can log in the game , and you only have 5 min to log the game ,if you wont , your char will beautolock again itself .
2, you need to use your identification card ( which one you register the game ID )set up the code,but you need it to change or delate the code .
If you want to get your items and money back after your char be stolen , you `d better use it !

it is not necessary , but it can make your ID more safe and if your char be stolen you can get your items back ,or they wont help you
